Our Return Policy

Not happy with your order? We get it, sometimes things just don't work out.

We gladly accept unworn and unwashed merchandise purchased on weekendlabrand.com for return or exchange within 30 days from purchase date in its original condition. Once received, eligible merchandise will be automatically credited back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days after processing.

How to Return Your Order - 

Please email us at: info@weekend-losangeles.com with your order number found on your Order Notification or the top right corner of your Order Invoice and the item you wish to return. 

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label. An $8 Return Fee for the cost of your prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue the refund back on the original form of payment.

To ship an item back to Weekendla, please:

  • Pack your item(s) in a secure box or envelope and affix the prepaid shipping label to the top of the package. Be sure to include the original invoice or order number in your package, and please keep in mind that your return will likely find a new home with another customer - pack your item(s) carefully and within the original box they were shipped in. 
  • Drop your package at a USPS facility, or a location that has a daily UPS pick-up. The label is prepaid and requires nothing else on your end.

 

How to Exchange Your Order - 

Please email us at: info@weekend-losangeles.com with your order number found on your Order Notification or the top right corner of your Order Invoice, the item you wish to exchange and the item you would like in exchange.

Once your exchange is approved, you’ll receive an email with a prepaid shipping label you can use to ship back the item you are returning. All exchanges are free of charge. Your exchange order will be placed as soon as you ship the item back to us.
